Game Overview

In Space Pirates And Zombies 2, you're dropped into a post-apocalyptic galaxy where humanity is on the brink of collapse. The zombie threat has been defeated, but at a great cost: infrastructure has crumbled, fuel is scarce, and scavenging means survival. Initially, you'll find yourself among hundreds of fleets, each trying to survive in this harsh environment. AI captains do everything you can, from building structures to controlling territory – and you're not special, nor are you the center of the galaxy. As resources dwindle, ships will come into conflict just to stay alive, leading to factions forming for protection or splitting due to starvation. Old friends become fodder in this brutal struggle for survival.

As resource scarcity becomes critical, stronger factions establish and defend territories, set up resource hubs, and build star bases. Weaker factions may resort to banditry, while you'll need to balance ship construction with salvage and tactics. Combat creates damaged ships and dead crew, but it also provides new salvaged parts – which can be used to upgrade your own vessels.
