Streets of Rogue is a rogue-lite that drops you into a procedurally generated city, where complex AI informs denizens from all walks of life. As one of over 20 playable characters - each with their unique traits and abilities - you'll need to accomplish mission goals in any way you see fit. Want to play it safe? Try being a stealthy doctor who uses chloroform and tranquilizer darts to silently take down the opposition. Or, if you're feeling bold, become a hyper-intelligent gorilla, rescuing other caged gorillas to form a small mobilized gorilla army. The gameplay loop is all about experimentation, improvisation, and using your wits to outsmart the city's inhabitants. As you progress, you'll unlock new items, abilities, and characters to play with - each adding their own twist to the game.
